Since Josh is re-enlisting in the area, he took advantage of the tax credit for first time homeowners and purchased his first house. We live about 5 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and several beaches, so can't get much better. It is a two story 4 bedroom with garage and a fenced in back yard w/storage shed. See pics!
