Angelina Graduated 5th Grade!

Although Josh & I don't recall any 5th grade graduation ceremonies growing up-apparently it is a "new generation" thing. Our camera wasn't working too well, so only got a quick video, other than our phone pics. I told Josh, if this is any indication of what it will be like when she graduates high school-I am in trouble, as I was holding back the tears! It didn't help that the principle was crying too! My Angelina is now officially a Middle Schooler-yikes!

I Did It! A Surprise 30th Birthday Party for Josh!

Had a great dinner at our favorite Greek Restaurant-Orapax. Josh didn't have a clue! All his buddies from work showed up and they had a great time.

Busch Gardens with Family

The Mayo family enjoyed their "once a year free military pass" at Busch Gardens last weekend, in pre-celebration of Josh's 30th (!!) birthday this past Monday, June 8th. Unfortunately the food & games were not free-bummer! Josh and Angelina did most of the riding, since Teresa is pregnant & I am...well....old(er!). We had a great time and the weather was perfect!

Joey - Step "Grandson"

Although Teresa's nephew, Joey (age 2) is not "officially" my grandson, he calls me grandma, and that's ok too! He is adorable, and we all love him. So actually, I have a "step-grandson" so I'll update my grandkids count to include one boy in among the mix of many girls. Count: 5 + 1 on the way = 6. Joey enjoys a day at the pool with Teresa and Angelina.

IT'S OFFICIAL!

I am pleased to announce (with bittersweet memories) that I am going to be a grandmother for the 5th time! Josh and Teresa are expecting! Due date: the first of February, 2010. This will be on the anniversary of my beautiful angel, Gabriella's (would have been) 2nd birthday. I am nervous, yet excited. Please keep Teresa and new baby in womb, in your prayers. Thank you and God bless.
